Clarifying Longevity
How is this different from my primary care provider?
Conventional primary care focuses on disease within standard reference ranges. We focus on optimization well beyond those ranges, using high-resolution diagnostics to act years before disease appears.
What does the first engagement look like?
Every patient begins with a comprehensive diagnostic baseline — advanced blood panels, body composition, cardiometabolic risk assessment, and a 90-minute clinical intake with Lacey.
Do you accept insurance?
Next Phase Longevity is a private, membership-based practice. We do not bill insurance, provide superbills, or process labs through insurance. This allows us to spend more time with you and focus entirely on your care without the restrictions of traditional insurance networks.
Do you offer virtual care?
Initial baselines are conducted in-person whenever possible. Ongoing protocol management, lab reviews, and coaching are conducted through our secure clinical portal and telehealth.
